Alsta Nautoscaph Superautomatic 1970 Re-Edition

Alsta Nautoscaph Superautomatic 1970 Re-Edition
The new Alsta Nautoscaph Superautomatic is a wonderful recreation of the original classic watch as worn by Matt Hooper in the movie Jaws.
It will be produced in just 1975 pieces at just 500 watches per year.
Watch fans will love that the watch is a perfect vintage size of 38mm with a lug to lug measurement of 43mm and a strap width of 20mm. The watch features a sapphire box crystal, classic Alsta 1/4 silver bezel, beautiful matte charcoal dial with classic Alsta typography, super luminova C3 teardrop indices, stunning highly polished sword hands with inset superlumiova. A brushed and polished stainless steel case with 6.5mm screw-down crown.
True to the original, Alsta wanted to make this a well made affordable tool watch so they chose the tried and tested Seiko NH35A movement. The whole watch is assembled in Switzerland, therefore making this watch the best of both worlds and as a testament to it’s true ‘tool watch heritage’ the watch is rated to 300m (or 999ft as stated on the original watch). Shock proof to ISO 1413 and rated as anti-magnetic to a field strength of 4,800 A/m (ISO 764 compliant)
